CONSTRUCTION: Stumpys Pizzeria - Fort Edward, NY

Stumpy’s Pizzeria is a newly opened restaurant in the heart of Fort Edward, NY.  This project was an amazing success on so many levels.  We were given the freedom to take the owners vision and materialize it in the layout and atmosphere.  Nearly everything was handmade and one of a kind, authenticating the brand and furthering customer experience.  The results speak for themselves.  To top it off, the food is amazing and the pizza is arguably the best you’ll find north of New York City.

Services Provided:

Transport and Hauling
Most of the new restaurant equipment including the buildings new 4ton roof top York HVAC unit, food coolers, and bulk materials such as lumber were received and delivered by Go Pro.  Our machines were used to move the equipment in and out as well as shuttle from drop off to doorway.

Debris Removal
All construction debris and scrap metal was removed and disposed of by Go Pro.

Design and Fabrication
Go Pro completed the entire building layout from structural to lighting and even networking.  In addition, we also designed all of the seating, signage, pizza display and stainless steel paneling in the pizza making and kitchen areas.  Drawings were furnished both for permitting and construction.  Fabrication services included sheet metal parts, seating, signage and pizza display.
