Curb appeal is a hot topic in today’s real estate market. How your property looks from the road can make or break a sale. In this case, our customer wanted to increase parking availability of their summer rental while also increasing curb appeal… No easy task as a parking area is generally unsightly. There’s only one way we know of to make your parking pop and that’s with rock. Lots and lots of rock!
We were able to reshape the entire yard, add a river rock accent to the driveway and tie that into a shot rock retaining wall that wraps all the way around the new 80’ diameter circular drive. We can’t wait to show you the completed project!
